Purchased Directly:
If you ordered your amp or pedal directly from us and you are not happy, you have 5 days after you receive it to let
us know that you wish to return it. You will need to return the amp (insured please) or pedal to us in original condition
and preferably in the original packing. Upon receipt , we'll make sure it's not damaged and we will gladly refund your money.

Purchased at a Dealer:
If you purchased your amp or pedal from one of
our dealers, then your purchase is subject to that dealer's store policies.
Our Warranty:
We
warranty our workmanship to the original purchaser for the life of the product. If there is a failure in our workmanship,
we will not charge labor to fix it. Speakers, tubes and cabinets have a 30 day warranty. Electrical components have a 90
day warranty. For warranty service, send us the item and we'll fix it. You pay the shipping costs both ways. If the amp
or pedal has been modified, abused or repaired by someone else, the warranty is void. Any damaged items are not warranty
items.
